Tom was born and raised in Mason City, Iowa. Both his father and grandfather were real estate agents. He graduated from ISU in 1979 with a business degree. Tom has been active in the real estate business since 1981 and he continues to be one of the top producing agents in Ames and Iowa, making a strong impact with the use of his many marketing tools. K'Lynn Lynn 

As a buyer specialist for the Tom Randall Real Estate Team, she is committed to providing outstanding service to make your buying experience extraordinary. K’Lynn has dedicated herself to continuous improvement through hard work and professional education by attaining both the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designations. Haley Pick 

Haley grew up in Ames, graduated from Ames High School in 2002, and continued her education at Iowa State University graduating in 2006. Haley learned a lot about pleasing customers and exceeding expectations during her part-time positions. She continues to provide outstanding customer service in the real estate profession. Haley started her career in real estate in Des Moines with Iowa Realty before moving back to Ames this past summer. Nathan Buss 

Nathan is the Business Manager for the Tom Randall Team. He handles all the details for getting the transactions closed. Nathan is also responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office.
 

Sara Lundvall 

Sara is the Client Service Manager for the Tom Randall Team. Sara directs and helps maintain communication with our clients, which is essential to our business. Sara adds your listing to our website and assures the information, pictures, and virtual tours are up-to-date. She also takes care of our print advertising and creates flyers for your home. Sara is enthusiastic, pleasant, and always ready to help!
 

Michelle Randall 

Michelle, Tom's wife, is the Marketing Manager for the team, with her primary focus being on the financial end of the business. 

Ann Patterson 

Ann brings over 30 years of real estate experience with her! She has a well-rounded background with sales, management, and closings. We welcome having her added knowledge!
